How does Nxsys pricing work for practices?
You pay one monthly fee of £75.00 plus £0.40 for each payslip you process across all your clients. There is no per-client fee, no annual licence and no charge for client portal users.
For example, a practice processing 250 payslips a month pays £175.00 a month, excluding VAT.
How does volume pricing work?
If your practice processes more than 1,000 payslips a month, there are a few volume pricing options to choose from. They are flexible and built around how your practice works, for example:
- Tiered pricing: your per-payslip rate drops below £0.40 as your monthly payslip volumes grow.
- One fixed monthly price: a single, predictable cost each month, however many payslips you run across your clients.
