No. There is no charge for setup, starters, leavers, corrections, RCT, year end or support. You pay €2.00 for each employee you run payroll for that month, plus VAT.

How do I get started?

Add your business and team
Connect Nxsys to Revenue with your employer registration number and ROS digital certificate, then import your employees from a spreadsheet, your current software, or use our API.
Run payroll
Review the pay run and approve it. Nxsys reports to Revenue and creates your bank file, ready to upload to your bank.
01How much does Nxsys Payroll cost?
Nxsys Payroll costs €2.00 per employee per month in Ireland, excluding VAT. Every feature is included in that one price.
02Does the price include VAT?
No. Nxsys Payroll costs €2.00 per employee per month plus VAT at the standard Irish rate.
03Do I pay for employees who leave?
You pay only for employees you run payroll for in that month.
04Do I pay extra for USC, PRSI or auto-enrolment?
No. USC, PRSI, LPT and My Future Fund auto-enrolment are all included in the €2.00 per employee price.
05Do I pay extra for RCT subcontractors?
No. RCT contract and payment notifications, deductions and subcontractor deduction summaries are included in the €2.00 per employee price.
06What if I have more than 250 employees?
This plan is designed for SMEs with up to 250 employees. If you have more than 250, contact Nxsys and we will recommend the right plan for your organisation.
