Built by a contractor who lived the problem
Nxsys was founded by James McBride, our Managing Director. Before Nxsys, James worked as a contractor, paid by some of the biggest payroll and umbrella companies in the country while working for some of the country's largest clients and banks.
He saw the same problems again and again. Payments were wrong. Wages arrived late. Getting onboarded with a new client could take days of forms and emails before he could start work.
James was convinced there had to be a better way to pay people, so he built one. Nxsys brings payroll, compliance, onboarding and payments into one cloud platform, so people are paid correctly and on time, every time.
Nxsys has grown quickly since then. It now runs payroll for small businesses, accountants and payroll bureaus, enterprises and umbrella companies, in the UK and in Ireland.
